Information and agreement with the processing of personal data and AUTHORIZATION TO USE THE AV WORK
No Stress Production, with its registered office at Na Pankráci 332/14, 140 00 Praha 4, Company ID: 05687144 (“NSP”), will process your personal data to the extent of name, surname, date of birth and address (“personal data”) a video you submit ("AV Work") that will be part of a planned film Life in Coronation ("Film") in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and other legislation. The purpose of processing personal data is solely to use the AV work. Your participation in the resulting film is not possible without the provision of the personal data for the above purpose, representing the content of the contractual relationship between you and the NSP and the legitimate interests of the NSP.
By submitting the AV work, you grant the NSP permission to use it in the resulting film and to distribute it in the usual manner within the meaning of Section 84 of the Civil Code,. The usual way of dissemination is mainly dissemination via the Internet, then projection in cinemas, introduction on TV and VOD platforms.
The NSP will process your name, surname, date of birth, and address for the duration of the copyright, or until you object to such processing at the email address below. Personal data will only be disclosed to authorized NSP employees or collaborators or processors, and only to the extent necessary for processing purposes. Personal data will be processed both manually and automatically.
By submitting your AV work, you declare that all of the people captured in it agree to use the AV work in the resulting film, and that you and the people in the AV work are relinquishing the royalty for the entire duration of the copyright.
By submitting a URL to your AV work, you represent that you have been informed of your rights and obligations, in particular the right (s) to revoke your consent at any time (but does not violate your permission to use the AV work submitted by you in the resulting film) (iii) to correct or supplement inaccurate or false personal data; (iv) to delete personal data if personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or if it discovers (vi) the portability of personal data; and (vii) the right to object after which the processing of personal data will be terminated unless it is established that such data exist. serious legitimate reasons for processing that outweigh your interests or your rights and freedoms, especially if the reason is enforced legal claims and (viii) the right to apply to the Office for Personal Data Protection.If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact email@example.com.
